This is a very nice spooled faux-leather; one inch wide cowhide leather in a nice brown. Each spool contains 175 YARDS of ribbon. This imitation leather ribbon has a binding of woven fabric on the back to help keep the ribbon from stretching. 2 ounce in thickness (about 0.8mm), very consistent.
