Black Ice USA Chromium tanned cattlehide sides are smooth on the surface 3 oz or 1.2mm.  Regular temper, this is a VERY SMOOTH leather, dried on glass at the tannery, which has yielded a somewhat shiny surface.  These are sold in two sizes, large (over 20 sq ft) or small (under 20 sq ft).  Large sides are $70 each, smaller sides are $60 each, and these prices include shipping to any USA address (places like AK, HI, USVI, GU, etc:  your leather will be folded to fit in flat rate USPS boxes.  Cool.
