These are made of steel with a nickel plating and have a shiny silver finish. They look like miniature oval bracelets; probably were used to gather some fabric to make flowers or some such rubbish. These measure about 1/2″ long by 5/16″ wide, and the metal banding is 1/8″ wide.  DEC-872
