Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.  E-mail us, we’ll figure something out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom selected and cut leathers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  OK, we have that already, you’re in the system.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Custom cut items, like canvas by the yard, custom cut pieces of leather, that sort of thing.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will take care of the refund.  Note that we refund 85% of the original purchase price, because shipping is included in our pricing system.  If the return is caused by our error, we refund the full 100%.  This system has worked well and seems fair, since 1994.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card statement, or PayPal account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Final Sale items

Some of our products are listed as final sales, usually by stating, “No Returns for this Item.” 


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If the mistake was ours, we’ll figure out how to get the items shipped back to us in a manner that’s convenient and easy for you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
