Dark Green Antique Wood Box with Key

$165

In stock

This is a rather square/cube looking wood box from (we believe) the late 1800s.  This size was often put to use as a hat box, so that’s our guess.  The tags and remnants of sealing wax may indicate that it was used to carry silver tea service from point A to point B.  Measures about 18 by 18 inches and is 16.5 inches tall.  Key works fine, although the lid requires a tug to open.  This is stock number T945 and is priced at $165, 48-state USA shipping included.
