Rounded top pressed metal trunk from right around 1885-1895
This one has been painted black, and it needs some cleaning up. The lid is NOT SECURELY ATTACHED -
the hinges need to be nailed back in place before you get too far with this project. Nice tray inside for smaller items.
Original shaped wooden handles - a bit rare to find both wooden handles in good condition like these.
